Tenaea Hagan is the Car Care Manager with nearly four years’ experience in the automotive industry, having commenced her career with Motorama in May 2022 through the call centre, where she developed strong foundational knowledge across all brands and the broader automotive landscape. Recognised early for her contribution to culture with the 2022 Cool Culture Award, Tenaea expanded into dealership reception roles, where she discovered her passion for aftermarket products and vehicle protection. Her background across both sales support and service has given her a well-rounded understanding of how vehicle protection preserves long-term value and reduces customer stress. Guided by integrity and a genuine passion for helping people, Tenaea is known for her positive attitude, open communication, and commitment to customer care. Outside of work, she is a busy mum who enjoys spending time with friends, reading, gaming on the PS5, and actively supporting her local school and community activities.
