Websites like Camplify connect you with caravan owners that offer their vans for hire including options for delivery and set up. If you don't have your own camping gear, this is a great option if you'd still like to experience this trip and stay onsite at Neurum Creek Bush Retreat. 

If you're pursuing this option, simply book an unpowered or powered site via our form, then let us know your plan so we can communicate with Neurum Creek Bush Retreat to ensure they can facilitate the set up with the caravan owner with which you've booked. 

We recommend scheduling your caravan set up for Friday morning to ensure it is ready prior to your arrival in the afternoon.

On Friday evening, the Motorama 4x4xMORE team will be hosting a complimentary sausage sizzle for guests.

On Saturday evening, we'll be serving a delicious roast dinner buffet including dessert!

Please include any dietary requirements when submitting your registration. Note that we will endeavour to provide for dietary restrictions however note that our caterer may not be able to accommodate all allergies.

While there is tap water available, Neurum Creek Bush Retreat advises that it must be boiled before drinking. Otherwise it is recommended to bring your own water with you. Neurum Creek Bush Retreat also sells bottled water at their front office.

Neurum Creek Bush Retreat has several toilets and showers available for guest use. There are wheelchair-friendly toilets available, however, please note the showers are not wheelchair-friendly.

While dogs are permitted at Neurum Creek Bush Retreat, they are prohibited from the National Parks in which we'll be running our tag-along tours (Fines apply, even if kept inside your vehicle).

If you plan to bring your pup, it is highly recommended that a member of your group remains at the campgrounds while the tag-along tours are running to maintain supervision of the dog/s.

All cancellations are refundable up until Thursday 23 October, 2025.  

We cannot refund due to poor weather - the weekend will still go ahead if rain is expected.

All bookings must be registered through Motorama. Our fee covers access to our 4x4 tag-along tours, support from our experienced trip leaders, vehicle recovery, and use of 4x4xMORE radios and equipment, as well as covering the cost of preparation and operation of the overall event.
