Congratulations to Motorama Kia Moorooka Service Advisor, Christine Dicker, for winning the Bronze Award at the 2023 Kia Service Advisor World Competition

Motorama is proud to announce that Motorama Kia Moorooka Service Advisor, Christine Dicker, has been awarded the bronze medal at the 6th biennial Kia Service Advisor World Competition held in Seoul, South Korea.This achievement not only reflects her exceptional skills but also continues Australia's legacy of success at this prestigious event.

Outperforming five other finalists, Christine earned her spot in the global finals after being crowned the Australian champion earlier this year. The competitiontook place in late June and featured 44 finalists from 42 nations. Participants were put through written and practical tests, evaluating their customer-facing capabilities and knowledge of on-site responses.

Upon receiving the bronze medal, Christine expressed her gratitude and pride, stating, "I am so proud and thankful for the opportunity to represent my country, my dealership, and myself at this level. This is an achievement I will never forget – I will take home the skills I have refined and share them with our team so that our customers get the best experience we can deliver."

Christine's bronze win marks Australia's fourth podium finish overall, following bronze in 2013 and a dual silver and bronze win in 2019. The competition returned in 2023 after being on a four-year hiatus due to the COVID pandemic.

Kia Australia's Chief Executive Officer, Damien Meredith, praised Christine's accomplishment and the success of Australian service advisors in the competition over the years. He remarked, "To have achieved four podium finishes in six years is a clear testament to the talent of our service advisors and the comprehensive training programs KAU has implemented through the years.
