Loan Car Policy

Motorama will provide replacement vehicles to customers based on the following terms and conditions:
- A replacement vehicle can booked upon booking in your vehicle, bear in mind that a suitable notice is required.
- A photocopy of your driver’s license will be taken. (No vehicle can be released without proof that the customer holds a current driver’s license)
- A replacement vehicle will have fuel. All we require is that the vehicle is returned with the same fuel level as when it was taken
- Motorama agree to waive the insurance excess (age excess still applicable) during your use of this loan vehicle in exchange for a fee of $38.50 which will be added to your invoice. In the event of an accident if you choose not to pay the fee you will be invoiced for the full amount of the excess.
- The Loan Vehicle Agreement Form must be signed and completed by the customer, before the car is issued or taken.
- If the replacement vehicle is not returned on the same day a further day’s fee will be charged.
- Without your co-operation customers who have booked a replacement vehicle the following day will be inconvenienced. There will be no exception to these terms and conditions unless approved by the Service Manager.

For those customers with an early start, simply follow the instructions on the Early Bird Booking System envelopes located at the early bird box at each of the dealerships. Please ask our service consultants when you make your booking. Remember to check our courtesy transport arrangements and times to help you get to where you need to be!

Environment Policy

Motorama dealerships and staff are committed to the ecological development and implementation of an environmental and waste management program.
We will continue to strive towards exceeding the level of compliance required by law and the relevant Australian Standards. Please ask our staff if you require further details.
On the bottom of your invoice is a sundry and environmental levy. This fee covers our environmental obligations for consumable items and the safe removal and recycling of oils, filters and contaminated waste.

Safety Certificate Inspection Center

All Motorama Service locations offer the ability to conduct a fully certified Road Worthy Inspection or Safety Certificate. A Safety Certificate is a compulsory certification required if you are looking to sell, or transfer ownership of your vehicle.
